1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Sentra Aplikasi. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "You") and Sentra Aplikasi ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Service Definition

Sentra Aplikasi is a marketplace platform that provides:

• Ready-Made Applications: Pre-developed software/applications ready to use
• Application Customization: Modification and customization services according to client needs
• Custom Development: Building applications from scratch according to client specifications
• Technical Support: Installation assistance, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Software Licensing: Usage rights according to purchased package

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• Information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current
• You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality
• One person/entity may only have one active account

3.2 Account Security

• You are fully responsible for all activities under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized account use
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete suspicious accounts

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Process

• All orders through the platform are considered offers to purchase
• We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our discretion
• Order confirmation will be sent via email after payment verification

4.2 Pricing and Payment

• All prices in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice
• Payment must be made within 24 hours after ordering
• Payment methods: Bank Transfer, e-Wallet, Virtual Account
• Payment proof must be uploaded through our system

4.3 Taxes

• Prices exclude 11% VAT (will be added at checkout)
• For corporate purchases, we provide official tax invoices

5. License and Intellectual Property

5.1 Usage License

By purchasing our products, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use software according to purchased license package
• Install on number of devices as per package terms
• Receive updates and support according to package duration

5.2 License Restrictions

You are NOT ALLOWED to:

• Distribute, resell, or rent the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble
• Remove or modify copyright notices
• Use for illegal purposes or violating laws
• Share license or access to third parties without permission

5.3 Copyright

• All software, code, design, and content belong to Sentra Aplikasi
• For custom projects, copyright can be adjusted per separate agreement
• Sentra Aplikasi logos, trademarks, and brand are legally protected

6. Delivery and Installation

6.1 Digital Product Delivery

• Ready-made products delivered via email/download link within 1-2 business days
• Download link active for 30 days after sending
• Documentation and installation guides included

6.2 Custom Projects

• Timeline adjusted to project complexity (typically 2-8 weeks)
• Progress reports provided periodically
• Revisions as agreed at project start

6.3 Installation and Setup

• Installation service available for Premium and Enterprise packages
• Remote installation via TeamViewer/AnyDesk
• Client must provide necessary server/hosting access

7. Warranty and Support

7.1 Product Warranty

• Bug Fix: 30 days for Starter, 90 days for Premium, 1 year for Enterprise
• Free Updates: According to purchased package duration
• Compatibility: Guaranteed to work on specified environment

7.2 Technical Support

• Email Support: Response within 1-2 business days
• WhatsApp Support: Available for Premium & Enterprise (business hours)
• Priority Support: For Enterprise with 4-hour SLA

7.3 Warranty Limitations

Warranty does not apply if:

• Issues caused by unauthorized code modifications
• Server/hosting configuration errors by client
• Force majeure or external factors beyond our control
• Use outside specified specifications

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE":

• We do not guarantee software is 100% error-free
• We are not responsible for business losses due to downtime
• Compatibility with third-party software not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for client data loss (must backup independently)

9. Limitation of Liability

In any event, our liability is limited to:

• Maximum amount you paid for the product/service
• Does not cover indirect damages, lost profits, or business losses
• Not responsible for third-party actions

10. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use software for illegal activities or violating laws
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Send spam, malware, or harmful content
• Violate intellectual property rights of any party
• Provide false information during registration
• Misuse support services for out-of-scope issues

11. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

• Violating these Terms & Conditions
• Failing to make payment
• Using service for illegal activities
• Endangering our system security

Suspension does not eliminate payment obligations already due.

12. Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time
• Change prices with 30 days notice
• Update features or remove obsolete features
• Update Terms & Conditions with email notification

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted according to Indonesian law. Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Deliberation to reach mutual agreement
• Mediation if deliberation fails
• Central Jakarta District Court as final jurisdiction

14. General Provisions

• Severability: If one clause is invalid, other clauses remain valid
• Entire Agreement: This is the complete agreement between you and us
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce rights does not mean waiver of those rights
• Assignment: You cannot assign rights without our written consent
